Hey all!
We are happy to announce that the ASAC Lustrum Gala will go to Chateau D’emines! We are hoping to create the weekend of the century!
To make sure the ASAC doesn’t go bankrupt we hope you guys will sign up as soon as possible 😉 The remainder of 2025 there will be an early bird discount(€10,-)! In addition to that we will do a lottery between the first 25 people to sign up for a carabiner!
Before signing up we would like you all to take a look at the brochure that we made! This beautiful document should not only get you very excited, but it should also provide you with all the necessary info about the weekend. It also includes pictures of the available sleeping spaces so you know what to pick in the registration form!
After you have read the brochure you can fill out the registration form! Please do this as soon as you know that you want to come! We only have limited spots available and it helps with our preparation so we can create the best weekend possible! And afterwards you can already start fantasizing about your outfit for this gala event!
