On saturday we will be having an open bar. Please indicate your preferred drink. Please choose two max.

Please note:
The private rooms, deluxe suites, and tipi have been sold out. You can still choose the option in case someone cancels. If the room does not become available, we will assume that you would want to sleep in the dormitory. If not please leave a comment.

Where would you like to sleep?
For more detailed information please look in the brochure to see what accomodation fits you best. There is only limited availability so it’s first come first serve. The private rooms can only be reserved by duo’s.

Please note that all people without OVS, will have to join the instructors going to Beez. This will bring 20 euros of additional costs.
Can you bring a car?
This is just an indication for us. We will send a carsheet later! However since we will be going with so many people, please already ask around if you can borrow a car!
Can you bring a tent?
Again, this is just an indication. We will also send a tent-sheet later.

Volunteering
During the weekend we will need everyone’s help with cleaning, prepping and providing. Please fill in when and what you would ideally help with. Please realise that we need more people to help cleaning then for prepping.

Payment methods:

For ASAC’ers: The costs will be automatically debited from your account at two seperate moments. The first 50% will be debitted after the subscriptions close and the rest 1-2 weeks before the gala.

For non-ASAC’ers: Your application is only valid after transferring €75,- to the ASAC bank account (NL91INGB0004517030). The second installment needs to be transferred 1-2 weeks before the gala. You can also pay the full amount in one go. Please include your: [first name] + [last name] + Lustrum gala.

Please make sure to pay the correct amount to avoid a bureaucratic mess. If you are unsure you can always contact us (galacommissie.asac@gmail.com).
