Make sure you are ready at USC at 7:00 PM on the evening of departure. If this is not possible, please inform the WeCo (Mathilde) about this. *If we need to do a drawing, people that bring a car are assured of a spot for the weekend!

*The material manager checks every day (with the rest of the weekenders) whether all the materials are there! You are not responsible for things that other people lose, but you keep an eye on whether things are lost/broken!
**The weekend organizer helps with the organization of the weekend
